1. Scope of Work

All services will be performed as outlined in the approved estimate or quote. Any additional work requested outside of the original scope may result in additional charges and will require approval.

2. Estimates & Pricing

• All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of quoting
• Pricing may be adjusted if unforeseen conditions arise (excess buildup, hidden damage, access limitations, etc.)
• Customer will be notified and approval obtained before any price adjustments

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Deposits may be required for larger projects
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees

4. Scheduling & Access

• Customer is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time
• Delays caused by lack of access may result in rescheduling fees
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations should be made with reasonable notice
• Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee
• We strive to accommodate rescheduling when possible

6. Property Conditions & Risks

• Customer is responsible for notifying us of any known hazards, underground lines, or sensitive areas
• While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose materials, or improperly installed fixtures
• Certain services (pressure washing, tree work, etc.) carry inherent risks which the customer acknowledges

7. Damage & Liability

• Any damage caused directly by our negligence will be addressed promptly
• We are not liable for damage due to normal wear and tear, pre-existing conditions, or issues beyond our control

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to deliver high-quality results. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address any concerns.

9. Photos & Marketing

We may take before-and-after photos of work performed for documentation and marketing purposes. No personal identifying information will be shared without consent.

10. Communication Consent
